CDV’s Role
CDV will operate with the help of your provided information only. We use client information and requirements to improve our client’s experience with the service they want.
Our digital agency will discuss any/all quotations and procedural information beforehand with the client. Sometimes, our work can change unexpectedly, so we might need extra help. If that happens, let’s discuss it and there might be an extra fee or charge for the service.
Information Mishandling
CDV only uses needful sensitive information from the client and is not responsible for any client mistakes or changes. Yes, we do alter these incidents with a mutually decided and affordable cost. This additional cost ensures fair play with our employees for their efforts and dedication.
Termination
If the client wants to end our services and contract later on, they must pay for the services they have used. We will give a precise receipt for the services received.
No Refund Policy

Payment Terms
We will make all the payments through the agreed-upon methods mentioned in the contract. CDV has the full authority to own and reserve the right to provide products and services until the payment is made in full.
Clients will have to pay extra for services outside our domain when making full payments.
Content Management
The client is accountable for mistakes in the final project/service because of their data/information about any content. In this case, the company will not be liable to rectify the error at the same cost. You will need to pay additional costs and payments at the discussed rates for any additional additions/changes. Any information provided by the client must have functional permissions or access where necessary to avoid any copyright infringement issues.
Confidentiality
CDV ensures maximum protection from misuse of any information provided by our esteemed clients and potential customers. Our digital agency is proud to work with values and optimum service delivery. Any information provided will be only through client permission and a full disclosure policy. We take our confidentiality virtue very seriously hence your information is safe and protected with us.
Intellectual Property
CDV can display your project on our website to show our completed projects in our portfolio. CDV will keep the working files and clients can access them by paying extra and making a request in advance.
Indemnity Policy
CDV holds the right to secure indemnity from your projects. CDV is not responsible for any harm caused by our digital agency’s services. We offer optimum customer service with reliable products and services.
Variation of Agreement
CDV may supersede or vary the mentioned terms & conditions at any time. Any variation shall not affect the agreement both parties signed
